Who is responsible for your data
Modern Website operates this website and decides how personal data submitted through it is used. For anything in this policy, contact us on +90 553 920 42 23 or through the contact page.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us and what a website needs to work.
- Enquiry form: name, company, email address, phone number, country, the service you need, budget range, preferred launch date, your project description, how you heard about us and your consent.
- Newsletter: your email address and the language you signed up in.
- Technical data: a one-way fingerprint of your IP address and your browser user-agent string, stored with enquiries to detect abuse. We do not store the raw IP address.
- Cookies: see the Cookie Policy for what is set and when.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. To send you the newsletter if you asked for it. To keep the site secure and stop automated abuse. To meet legal and accounting obligations where they apply.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry details to advertise to you.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for the newsletter and cookies, on steps taken at your request before entering a contract for project enquiries, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure for the technical data described above.
Where Turkish law (KVKK) applies, we process explicit consent and data directly related to and necessary for the establishment of a contract, under Article 5.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, so we can pick up a conversation you return to. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical abuse-prevention data is kept for 12 months.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database, and our email provider, which delivers enquiry notifications. Both act on our instructions and only for these purposes.
We may disclose data if we are legally required to.
International transfers
We work with clients in different countries, and our hosting or email provider may process data outside your country. Where that happens we use providers offering appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm whether we hold data about you, to give you a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to object to that use. You can withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details above. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your national data protection authority, or in Türkiye to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated on the server, and access to the database is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these measures seriously and review them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
